  • Rick Hogan is the CEO and Lead Consultant at ISOBudgets LLC, a specialized technical firm dedicated to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation and Measurement Uncertainty. With over 20 years of experience in metrology, Rick bridges the gap between complex mathematical theory and practical laboratory application.

    A veteran of the US Navy, Rick served six years as a Calibration Technician before managing and operating an A2LA-accredited calibration laboratory for 14 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and a Master’s in Engineering Management.

    Rick is a recognized subject matter expert (SME) and a frequent speaker at industry-leading events, including the A2LA Annual Conference and the NCSL International Symposium. He currently serves as a member of the A2LA Measurement Advisory Committee (MAC) and as the NCSLi Virginia Section Coordinator.
